Poor Warranty Support Extended Contracts are Fraudulent

The treadmill was not working correctly. The walking track was catching/sticking. After weeks of delays and back orders they told me that they were not honoring the warranty. I am still unsure as to the reasoning as they have not provided an explanation that would legitimately give them a reason to not honor the warranty which still has a year left on it.



I am unable to recommend Nordictrack or their extended warranties and UTS. A compnay and their products are only as good as the guarantee and the honesty to which they honor their guarantees.More detail ...
